OUR ETHOS
We cook fresh, restaurant standard seafood fast. We select all our ingredients locally to create our innovative menus, from the seafood to the Cornish Sea Salt and ales used in our batter.
If decent food and sustainability is something you're passionate about you will love it.
We have now CLOSED our premises in Truro and have returned our main focus on Events. Thank you for your custom in Truro and hopefully, we'll see you at a local event.
